Greetings.

Since we decided to make this trip we've been reading Travelpod avidly for hints and tips. Our excitement is mainly piqued by descriptions of good food, so hopes of coming home a couple of stone lighter are probably unrealistic!

Hopefully this blog will enable friends and family to keep up with where and how we are, and not just so they know where to send the cheques to!

Here's where we're off to;

India til just after Christmas, followed by New Year in Hong Kong (where we learn, amusingly, that it isn't New Year. Oh well). Then it's off to Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand, a few days each in Singapore and Bali, then over to Australia and New Zealand, and finally across to South America via Easter Island.

Yay!
