My wife and I are driving from Grand Rapids, Michigan out to Las Vegas via historic route 66. Our plans include route 66 sights, gold panning in Arizona, and visiting national parks along the way (Grand Canyon, Zion, Mesa Verde etc...). We will update this blog along the way for our friends and family to keep track of us. Just finished mapping the route and it totals 4670 miles!
