Aqaba to Istanbul by land

About this blog

I've been traveling with Nick from Cairo to Istanbul without flying. Thus far we've stayed in Cairo, gone to Alexandria, stayed in Aswan, Luxor, traveled through Hurghada, by ferry to Sharm el-Sheik and bus to Dahab. Finally we left Egypt from Nuwebia by ferry and are currently in Aqaba.

I'm starting up my travel blog here and now for two reasons. 1) I can't keep up with updating everyone individually (I hardly have time to write for myself) 2) Whereas I'll be living in Egypt for the next year, I'm probably not coming back to Jordan (where I currently am) or Syria, Lebanon, or Turkey (where I will be) for a long time so this seems to be a good place to start up the travel blog.
