Monica Wong has a unique take on the world of travel.
She says her personal travel blog (called A Pair of Panties and Boxers) is an anti-conformist reminder, to keep her away from the daily grind of the 9-5.

She’s currently saving for grad school, so work is an unfortunate necessity.
Her blog helps inspire her to see more than the four walls around her.
“Traveling is one of my passions. It makes me feel alive to discover bits and pieces of myself and of humanity along the way,” Monica says.
“Traveling doesn’t always mean leaving the country. Traveling is leaving my bubble, my comfort zone. Sometimes I travel to different places in the world. Sometimes I travel in my thoughts. Either way I travel, it’s food for my soul.”
Her most recent trip to San Lorenzo de El Escorial near Madrid, is beautifully written and inspiring.
