Hi Kevin & Cecelia, So glad to hear from you. We have been talking about you alot and wondering how things are going. Glad to see the camera is coming in handy...Sounds like things are working out very nicely. Love your negotiating skills Kevin. The view from the mountain with the sunset looks marvelous. Mike suprised me with a trip to Cozumel (5 days) on 3/15...looking forward to going snorkeling and golfing. We leave for Biloxi, MS-- business meeting on Thursday. Take care and give each other a kiss for us.
