Hi Erin!!
Glover's reef resort is great if you want something secluded yet affordable. I do recommend that you pay a bit extra to get the over water bungalows. (50 US$ extra pr. week.) Request bungalow # 7, it was great! The over water bungalows are so much nicer than the cabins on the island. Marisol resort is another option pretty close to Glover's reef atoll (they use the same dive sites) but it's much more expensive, and not as authentic in my view. I just want to underline that you need to bring your own toiletpaper etc. and be pretty selfsufficient on Glover's atoll. You can buy water and get your meals there, but that is basically it... It wouldn't be everyone's idea of a vacation.
Here's the link to the resort, the email address is on their webpage. If you want to avoid the 10% excess fee using a creditcard, you need to pay in advance from the States, but don't worry, you get what you pay for. I chose the diving, accommodation and meal plan for a week.
Tell them I sent you! Have a blast in Belize :-)

If Glover's atoll is too basic for you, try Marisol:
