Well, we only have two days to go before we leave for Spain. After leaving Maine, we drove to my Gram Anne's house to see her and Grandpa Steve. They had a party for us and invited lots of cousins. Charlotte and Annabel and Jonathon were there, and so were Owen and baby Liam. It was fun to see them and hang out for a while. We ate lots of fresh corn and picked blueberries. My parents also took Lu and me to the Montshire Museum - I love this place. We usually go at Thanksgiving, but since we will be in India for Thanksgiving, we checked it out. In the summer, they have a cool water exhibit. My dad and I raced balls through the river and had fun with the wind balloons.

The next day, my Gram Anne took us to have lunch and check out a great sculpture garden. They had a giant maze, which I did by myself, and also tipis and giant rocks and a Buddah at the end I love baseball

. It was supposed to be like the journey of life. She loves it and has been a bunch of times. That night, we drove to Boston and went to the Red Sox game. I got to choose the restaurant in Fanueil Hall where we watched the Olympics. We also watched some great street performers - they were dancers from New York and were very funny. But the best part was the Red Sox game. My dad got us tickets from a friend who is the trainer for the Red Sox, so they were right behind home plate. My favorite player is Kevin Youkillis because he is a great hitter. I think he might go to the Hall of Fame. I also like Big Papi - his real name is David Ortiz. The Red Sox crushed the Rangers, 8-4.

We are headed back to the Beaverkill now to pack up our bags and get ready to head to the airport on Saturday. I can't believe it is almost time to go. I am going to have to pack and get ready. I told my mom we should find out the traditions of each place we visit. I wonder what Spain's traditions are. And if it will still be summer there.
