Today we drove from Olympos to Antalya which was our last stop before our long drive to Cappadocia. We arrived in Antalya just before lunch which cost us 3 Lira for a sandwhich with Kofta, chips and a drink - soooo cheap. After lunch we caught the tram to the Archeaological Museum which was really cool. We saw lots of marble statues and pottery remains and artefacts found throughout Anatolia. After the museum we caught the tram back to the main road and went to the internet cafe and then had a quick dinner before we had to get the bus to the bus depot for our bus ride to Cappadocia. We were thankful that we had the public bus to Cappadocia because the public buses have been so much nicer than those hired by the company. The public buses actually have servers on board who bring you drinks and snacks which is nice when it is during the day but it got a bit annoying at midnight. We started on the bus at 8:30pm and arrived at our hotel in Cappadocia at 7:30am!! Long ride with no sleep. Am going to finish this entry and then have a nanna nap because we are going to a pottery and jewellery demonstartion and I want to be wide awake to buy things and then we are going to a Turkish folk show which includes dinner and drinks. Looking forward to it! Gotta fly, BYE!!!!!!
