Day four in Ibiza. After an amazing nights' sleep in the hotel's comfy bed, we rose and shone early in time for breakfast. Taking advantage that we were now hungry as opposed to the first two days, we pillaged and ravaged the breakfast buffet. Considering we had to watch our expenses and Ibiza was NOT cheap, we decided a good breakfast would have to do until dinner time.
Next, we packed up our bags and proceeded to check out of the hotel. Even though we still ahd one more night in Ibiza, our ferry the next day was to leave at 7am, and since we were going to be out partying, we decided we were not going to pay another night if we weren't going to use it. We did however need a place to leave our bags. When we were checking out, a nice man at the Reception offered the hotel's luggage deposit as a safe palce to keep our bags until early next morning. Perfect!
Once I found the Renaissance release of Ibiza Sounds I had been looking for I happily skipped my way back to Bora Bora were things were heating up. People were dancing in place as far as the eye could see. Space promoters were handing out wristbands for La Troya closing party, which word on the street said was THE closing party of the year.
We boarded the ferry and randomly scattered into whatever seats we could find, paying no mind if we were sitting close to each other or not. We were sleepy, tired, drained, and penny less, but all in all Ibiza had been an astonishing experience.
It's a place like no other:the rules, regulations, codes, formulas, and decrees that are normal anywhere else, here don't apply. There is one way, and there's the Ibiza way. A place where there are no known limits or boundaries. Bacchus's motherland. A Hedonistic dynasty by excellence. Soil of indulgence, laciviousness, and tingle. An Epicurean delight. A mouth-watering ambrosian treat.
Everything they say is true.....you gotta come to believe it.

By noon we were already resting on the sun beds of Bora Bora, listening to amazing music, sipping raspberry liqueur and Sprite. We all fell asleep most of the afternoon, and when I awoke, suddenly the beach was full of people. Some were sun bathing, some were chatting with friends, some were dressed fashionably while some were still wearing last night's clothes, but almost all were dancing. That's the thing about Ibiza, you can't stay still. 10
What I loved the most is that girls prep themselves up for going to the beach just as much as they do for going to the club. Beach fashion is no small thing, let me say. I've seen the most amazing hairdos and bikini accessories, eye wear, hats and beach bags in Ibiza than anywhere else. Be it topless or bikini, trikini or one-piece, anything worn had to be accessorized and combined. 09
Such long hours on the sun were giving me a harsh headache, so I decided to go walk around the streets, in search for a proper cd shop. I wasn't going to leave Ibiza without a good music cd. As I walked I realized something: there were no elderly people around and no children or teenagers in sight. As I noticed this I realized I had not seen any kids or elderly people ANYWHERE in the island. The entire tourist population of Ibiza consisted of 20 to 30 year olds. Not one single child. Amazing.

We weren't too sure about hitting Space for La Troya because we ahd to stick around Bora Bora to watch Ross playing until around 4am. After that we only had a few hours to spare before having to leave for the port. We decided that paying 50€ each for just one hour at Space wasn't worth it, and we were considerably tired. La troya would have to wait till next year. 15
Alex and Ross played in the Bora Bora disco and we were lucky enough to be with them in the Dj booth when they played. Ed cheered people on when Ross was at the decks while bernie and I watched and took pictures of the historic moment. Ross was a bit nervous, but I guess for any upcoming Dj to play in Ibiza is a big thing. There wasn't as many people as we'd like there to be, but then again, Space was simultaneously hosting the biggest closing party in the island. 16
After Bora Bora closed, we drove around looking for a bite to eat with Alex and Ross. While I devoured the most horrible tasting baguette I'd ever had, Ross sank into a I'm-too-tired-to-speak mood which eventually turned into plain bad mood. Alex (which I must say I am now in love with) drove us to the port and bid us farewell, promising to show us around London when we go over Christmas. We boarded the ferry and randomly scattered into whatever seats we could find, paying no mind if we were sitting close to each other or not.
