Every traveler has stories to tell. Some stories get lost along the way and some stay with you forever.  But no matter how much one writes or how many pictures one takes, there's that remaining intangibility that one cannot record, nor write, but only remember.  This travelogue will try to capture as vividly as possible what we experience in words and images; the rest we will jealously keep for ourselves.
 
So now for our first story:
 
Ed and I met in Buenos Aires, our home city.  We were both working for an American telecommunications corporation and although we were in different departments, we somehow managed to randomly meet in one particular office-space and time, and make eye contact.
 
(Sigh) But life isn't that simple, and the road for Ed and I was long and hard.  Many tears were involved but also many good times.  At long last (almost a year later) the equation finally balanced out, and we accepted each other as friends, lovers, and companions.  But paradoxically, it was this enamored spark that opened our eyes.
 
We felt so full of life, so in love, so happy!  Yet we didn't feel fulfilled by the lives we were leading.  Our routines, our jobs, our entire realities suddenly became inadequate in this new impassioned phase we were living. The only answer was to leave everything, and fly far, far away. 
 
So as you can see, we were inevitably led down this road.  Some people say that traveling doesn't necessarily have to be from point A to point B, but can also be a journey within oneself.  I believe Ed and I started traveling together long before we boarded the first plane. The fact that we have many points to travel to just adds to the whole adventure.

amazing
i was searching for some barcelona pics, i came across yours, i admit, i like u guys Ed & Lu. u are truely amazing. i wish i can do like you did, leave evrything behind, leave boring job, my daily routine and travel like you. may be i 'd do it, if i had a partner to do it with. guys u r so lucky for having eachother, may you always be.
