i got to copenhagen and checked into the hostel.  explored the city and saw the repeatedly decapitated statue of the little mermaid.  
i met nick at the train station the next morning and we saw a museum and then hung out at christiania.  we met up with an old hippie from the states who'd been living in sweden for the past ten years.  he hand a bunch of pot and offered to share it. 
we checked out tivoli and it was just ok. 
the next day we left for roskilde to check out the viking musuem and row and viking boat.  way cool.
