On January 17th we stepped off the plane and into China.  It was freezing.  But still we travelled.

China was hard.  It was impossible to get a train ticket and we ended up staying 6 weeks instead of 3.  But still we travelled.

Vietnam was fun.  There is something to do for everyone, and all the hotels come with satellite TV.  But still we travelled.

Cambodia was hot.  Angkor was amazing and I didn't want to leave.  But still we travelled.

Thailand was wet.  We went about our business while being targeted with buckets of ice cold water.  But still we travelled.

Malaysia was food heaven.  We had ABC in Penang, scones and tea in the Cameron Highlands, and chicken satay in Kuala Lumpur.  But still we travelled.

And, finally, on May 2nd, we arrived in Singapore.  We could travel no more.

Here's to our three and a half month overland trip from Beijing to Singapore by bus, train, moto, and boat.
