Caught the train to Dauchau.  It's a great monument and a pretty powerful experience.  It's easy to forget the enormity or what happened there.  The barracks have been torn down, but the ovens are still there as well as an exhibit that takes you from the beginning of the Nazi party all the way through the liberation.  It's quite informative.

Followed that up with a walk through the park back in Munich.  At the center is a Biergarten which we ate at ad had huge mugs of beer.  Seems to be a reoccuring theme.  There were hundreds of tables around and I can imagine what it must be like in the Summertime.  Walked back to the hostel and turned in early as we have an early train to Berlin.
