Had better weather in the morning which quickly turned to a pouring rain. We stopped at the Jameson Whiskey Distillery then to a church next door which promised "Crypt Tours". What followed was an interesting tour of the crypts beneath the church where wealthy families entombed their loved ones. One of them contained a Knight who had perished in the crusades. His legs were broken at the knees to fit him into the tiny coffin. The guide allowed us to enter the tomb and stroke the mummie's finger. He was about 650 years old.

Got caught in a downpour so we ducked into a Library behind Dublin Castle. It had some great exhibits. Next up was a proper Guiness at a famous pub that boasted the "best Guiness in town".

After that it was back to the hotel room for a bit and then a few hours at the "Czech Inn" across the street.

Our last night in Dublin was spent with a bunch of Czechs. Tomorrow we head to Glendalough for some backpacking.
