Other than running around Quito replacing passports etc we had one day to visit Cotopaxi. It is a volcano near the ecautor with ice all year round and an altitude of 5800m. We cycled down it and had fun. Enjoy the evidence.

We then organised an overnight bus to the border, and are now waiting in Tumbes to fly to Lima.
