laptop breakdown

hello my friends. Sorry for delayed updates but my laptop crashed and i'm on the verge of losing all of my pics and data for the trip. My laptop i purchased via ebay to save few bucks is turning out to be my biggest headache thus far on this trip. i'm in vienna, austria right now, headed to budapest tmrw. hopefully, i can get my laptop fixed there. i'll have updates to Berlin, Prague, Vienna once i get my laptop fixed.
other than that, i'm doing well. i'm adjusting to the backpacking lifestyle quite well now. The trip is becoming much more than expected. good and the bad. Bad being it's tiring to be traveling all over the place. i don't like packing all the time from one place to another and having to start all over again once i'm in the new city. Sleeping with dozen other people is always a surprise. most of the time, the place reakes w/ sweat & dirty socks. It also doesn't help that i have to wear the same clothes everyday. I decided to pack really light for the trip which consists of: 1 jeans, 2 shirts, 2 long sleeves and 1 sweater. I did buy a jacket in berlin because it was getting freakin cold.
but, all those elements are exceeded by traveling and seeing new things everyday. you don't know what to expect from day to day, quite different from my lifestyle back home for the last five yrs. Every city has its moments and memories that will "hopefully" last a lifetime. Hearing different languages and eating different food is also fascinating. Since i'm traveling alone, there are times when i do get lonely walking around, wanting to share the moments with friends and family. but it also has its advantages. i can do whatever i want w/o having to comprise and you meet more people when traveling alone. all in all, i wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now then to be traveling here in europe.
well, my time is running out here at the internet cafe and i have to run back to my hostel in pissing rain. hopefully, i'll have my laptop to post pictures later in the week. cross ur fingers for me...
