The roads leading to the place itself offered many spectacular sceneries. Magnificent or what?

We saw many deer Wild deer everywhere

and we seemed to be the only tourists around, which is a good thing because most of the roads leading to these beautiful sights are single track roads and we can imagine how choked up they could get during peak tourist season.

The unpredictable weather continued to dominate the mood of the atmosphere and these were all captured beautifully by our dear Nero. A picture speaks a thousand words...so, we will just let our photos speak for themselves. Us @ Glen Cannich

2nd leg : Beauly-Nairn-Drumnadrochit

Beauly:
We continued from Cannich northward towards Beauly, a market village about 10 miles West of Inverness. We stopped at a very nice cafe to have some local Scottish sweets and tea before continuing further North East of Inverness towards the seaside town of Nairn.

Nairn:
Nairn seemed to be a busy little town with many narrow and one-way streets and many people on and about town. We departed from town and proceeded to find the sea, Us @ Nairn

which was situated at a lovely quiet end of the town.

It has become very windy but sea is our favourite spot and we braved ourselves to walk on the Scottish seaside and got blown by the fierce Scottish wind.
