So where have we been?
San Fransisco, Yosemite Valley, Kings Canyon, and THE GRAND CANYON.
San Fran, was full of homeless people. I`m not joking. Everywhere you went you tripped over someone hiding in a cardboard box
Yosemite valley was just what we needed. We were staying slap bang in the middle of no-where, with only the bears for company. Although, the closest we got to seeing a bear was a steaming pile of bear pooh that I trod in while hiking. I can just imagine Yogi hiding behind a tree, having a good laugh at that one.
Kings Canyon was full of trees. Big trees. Apparently the biggest trees in the whole world. Everywhere we have been in America we have found someplace or something professing to be the biggest one of it`s kind in the whole world. We saw the biggest gift shop in Las Vegas, along with the biggest strip joint(we only saw the outside, unfortunately, but the guy who showed it to us guaranteed us it was also full of the biggest strippers in the world as well!). In San Fran we saw the steepest street in the world, along with the most bendy. If you listen to an American they have the worlds biggest everything. If you listen to me, they have the worlds biggest bullshitters.
The Grand Canyon is the worlds biggest canyon, and I believe them. It`s bloody massive. It really is big. I don`t think there is a word that will describe how large it is. No matter what structures man is able to build, they will never compete with the feats of mother nature.
If you could only go see one natural wonder of the world, I would say, go there. It really is worth it.
