To arrive from Taupo to Mt Mounganui is quite hard: It s a beach of white sand but behind a lot of construction of house high class with a lot of car with tuning... Not exactly my paradise after the terrific Tongariro. But to save the city, there was a festival of jazz all around with live concert in the street. Unfortunately, there were nice concert in the evening but fully booked...
I had anyway a very nice international evening one more time in my backpacker hotel.
