We woke this morning with a big rain in a camping in the middle of forest of sky scrapper: definitely not what we where expecting as a surfer paradise. So we took our morning looking some surfer, taking a real coffee and back to the road again direction of the South.
We ended up in Byron Bay where we found our paradise: huge beaches with nature, not to many building or at least not higher than 3 storeys and we went to run on the beach to go the light house. As we were running, we did not took our cameras but we found a course of surf for the following day: so tomorrow if everything run as plan we will be Australian surfers (at least we will get the spirit as we don t have really did some surf before....)
We settle in a camping near the down town and we took a beer well deserve after all our adventure of the last days.
We did not have anything to eat in our Van Penelope and after few beer we were thinking to f=go in the town to have diner, just at the moment when we were leaving a lady came asking if we could finish there diner: they did to much of an excellent carry. Finally the bad luck spiral left. We ate this free diner and we went in the town where we met an Australian who knew everybody and who bring us for free in all the place of the town for free without queuing. We ended it up with Ptit Pierre quite late in front of the ocean drinking the last beer.
