After a breakfast on the room of the roof of our hotel with Nadav and Hilde, 2 fellow travelers that I should met again next Sunday to do a trek in the minority village of Kalaw near by the Inle lake. I found my friend the trishaw driver and I went to visit the town with him.
My initial plan was to go to the royal palace, but when I saw all the military at the entrance and as they where asking a 10 $ ticket to enter (straight for the government) I told to my trishaw driver: "by now, you make me a good visit, I don't pay the 10 $ ticket and I give you more money at the end of the day " Ok I did not see the royal palace but I've seen plenty of other pagodas. At 6 PM I took a bus in the direction of the Inle lake which was running all the night.
