So by now, I know that there is no bus today to go Shangrila....
The next one is only tomorrow morning at 6 AM
And the bad news raining all the day and no electricity and no foreigner or Chinese able to speak English: a kind of lonely day....
It a pity because they say that there are plenty of terrific sights around...
