As the weather is still unclear, our guide urge us to leave earlier, and one more time proved their ability to pack and prepare the horses in a record time
On our way back, as they forecasted, it begin to rain and equipped with good rain jacket we found our way back to a monastery.
Hopefully the rain stop and gave us the opportunity to visit the monastery. As I wanted to visit a little more, I went a little more deeply in the monastery and I did not hear the group leaving. Their was only 2 guides left when I come back and the good point was that we were late and that they decided to come to the group with gallop...

After a good ride full speed we found the group again and we arrive quietly to Songpan.
As I was traveling with a man from New Zealand and that we both wanted to see the beginning of the world cup, we decided to hitchhike (no more bus before the next day) to return to Chengdu to see the game in an Irish pub.
I just went to pack 5 minutes and Craig found a bus to go, on my side it was a little longer but I found a van with Chinese to go to Chengdu. After 11 hours of Van we arrive almost at the same time in Chengdu: and definitely on time to see the game which was at 3AM.
After if I would have known our performance, I m not sure that I would have rush like that....

By now, I will see some friends and wait for my bus till monday and I will leave for the Yunnan by the back door.

Magic
bonne route JR
