Snowboarding the Andes II - Boarding in Bariloche

Our second 'base' for snowboarding was back in the beautiful city of Bariloche. From the slopes at 'Cerro Catedral' we get great views of the surrounding mountains and down to the lake in the valley below. We had lots of fresh snow this week and both Mandy and I have been boarding on fantastic 'off-piste' runs where the powder was untouched !!! We have also been out to the pubs and clubs which are very lively - the Argentinians like to go out around midnight and then party all night!! Today is Mandys birthday and so we will be out celebrating again tonight, starting in the Irish bar at Kilkennys (every town always has an Irish bar!). The plan is to stay here a couple more weeks before taking our snowboards on to the next place, as yet undecided! Hope you all enjoy our photos of the resort and our nights out....
