It's been another day of going non-stop. As it was our last day in Vegas we decided we better do the strip and see what's out there. I can say that after all the places we've been in today I am so glad that we have stayed here. The cigarette smoke in the casino hotels is shocking and really noticeable too with contact lenses. Was nice to come back to a nice fresh hotel, only one that we've been in today that hasn't stunk!
First we sent to the Sahara and then the Stratosphere. Josh and I decided to go up the tower, the view from up there was fantastic, mind  you, you do feel a bit wobbly when you are close to the glass. We saw the rides too but Josh was told that he wasn't going on them. I'm sure they'd be some of the scariest rides he'd ever get on but there is time for rides when we get back to California.
After that we got on the Deuce bus (double decker) which runs up and down the strip and cost $5.00 per person for unlimited use for 24 hours. We took that down to Mandalay Bay and then went to Luxor and Excalibur. From there we went to New York, New York and then across to the MGM. From there we got back on the Deuce and went to the Planet Hollywood (new place). We didn't go into the Paris hotel, just took pics from the outside. Next we crossed over the street and Rick and Josh got their pics taken with some very tall show girls. We then watched the water show at the Bellagio. The music it was played to was Oh Holy Night, done in a bit of Italian and then English, was absolutely beautiful. Next we went to Caesars Palace. This would have to be one of the nicest places on the strip. We didn't picture a lot from the outside as it was getting cold and dark and Rick only had short sleeves on. You just have to wonder how much that place is worth, very extravagent. We had a walk through there and through some of the shops. We had been to a couple of Planet Hollywood shops in the Planet Hollywood hotel but they only sold their new logo'd products. There is a shop in Caesars Palace that sells all the original type things. Rick was after a jacket to replace his Planet Hollywood Sydney one. The bomber jackets weren't as nice as his old one but the leather one was lovely so he got that one. He was a bit reluctant but didn't need too much convincing. Now, think we might need someone to take out a loan and send us over some more money! Next we went to Treasure Island. I had to have a flutter so stuck $1.00 into a machine and bet it all on the one bet, won myself $15.00 so took that straight out, was nice to hear the bells on the machine chiming away for me!
Got back on the Deuce and back here, getting late so need to cook tea and then Rick and I are going to run back down to Circus Circus.
Bye for now, USA Woolfes

MERRY CHRISTMAS
Sounds like you are having a great time. Sorry I haven't been commenting too much, I'd run out of hours on my internet so couldn't come on much. I'm in a new month now :)

Stop spending all your money - I know what it's like, we are going to be so broke when we get home.

Hope you all have a very happy christmas, make the most of having a christmas in the US and enjoy every minute of it. Even though you're way over there, we're all still thinking about you at christmas.

Have a great one!
