I'm new to the world - so all the decorations and fuss were a little bit confusing - but nice, i just didn't know whether this was life, a new decorating experiment of mummy's or something special.

First i know, i've been ripped from my bed at 05h00 and dressed. Not amused (bear in mind i'm usually a late sleeper -08h30 is already early).
Then i'm bundled into the car and we zoom off - onto a train, with the car!! How flash is that!??! Ok so we've done that before, but i was awake this time - and crammed in with all these glitzy parcels in fancy paper with bows.

Arrived at Grandma's to see Layla (in a tartan dress) and uncle Chris and aunty Cassandra. Grandma whisked me off and redressed me in a matching tartan outfit. And then the big people started ripping into those parcels. The idiots removed the bit in the middle and left the best bits (paper, ribbon, sticky stuff and boxes - oh my god the boxes.......).

And Santa had left me a stocking at Grandma's................ clever man. It was hanging right next to Layla's!!

Then there was food, more food and more food.

I was introduced to skype - and had a quick chat with super aunties anne and joyce which was very nice. Hope i looked good on the web cam and that the lighting didn't highlight my double chin.

Before i knew it, it was all over and we were back in the car going home. I'll miss Layla and Grandpa's golf balls (chocolate eclair was tasty too).

Speak soon - i've got a feeling 2010 is going to be packed with travel!
