After we'd left Wet'n'Wild we got back on the highway and headed north of Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast. We stopped at a caravan site in Redcliff which was a very strange family run joint owned by a lady with lots of gold tooth jewelerry and a gammy leg. We paid for a powered site only to find that all their plug sockets were the wrong size so we ended up with no power and were squeezed in between a fence and a shed. Looking on the bright side at least we got some light for a while from the massive football stadium next door! Luckily the game didn't last much past 10pm so we got an early night!
