On Thursday we spent a final day at Jules' making the most of having the internet and catching up with photos, had dinner then Jules parents dropped us off at The Nunnery in Fitzroy. Early night in dorm.
On Friday we went to Victoria Market to find Will a coat, bought hand warmers in preparation for the cold weather, stuff to cook for dinner, had a yummy curry buffet and resisted buying lots of deli delights and heaps of cheese! Went back into the city still trying to find coat for Will to no avail. Went back to hostel just missing the free circle tram, cooked dinner in the rather crowded hostel kitchen then walked all the way to the local pub (next door!) for a drink before bed. Debs was rather drunk after only 4 ciders! (tiny little bottles that is not pints - w)
Debs went to a hot yoga class in the morning (just like normal yoga only in a heated room - crazy!) while Will went back to market for his coat

Had lunch at the hostel then went to the Game On Exhibition in Federation Square - an exhibition of computer games throughout the years - it was fun remembering all the old games we used to play as kids and having a go on them! Back to hostel to shower then out to the Italian district where we had yummy meatball and mozzarella pasta then headed back to Brunswick Street to catch some local bands. Went to Open Bar for a couple, saw a reggae band which was ok but not awesome so we went to a neon place on the corner which was cool but Will wasn't really up for it so we went home for an early night!
Got up fairly early on Sunday and hopped on tram to Melbourne Zoo for the day which was awesome. Highlights definitely include the giant tortoise - just couldn't help humming along to the theme tune from One Foot in The Grave for the rest of the day! Went to a little independent cinema in the evening to see Lars and the Real Girl which was hilarious and we highly recommend!
