Christmas Eve we woke up with sore heads from the BBQ, so had a nice lyin, then went to do our Christmas shopping, getting plenty of nice grub for our picnic. We didn't feel much like drinking in the evening so we decided we would treat ourselves to a buffet tea at pizza hut, where we totally pigged out then went to the cinema to see MR Magoriems Wonder Emporium which was really good.

Christmas morning we woke up at 10am and made ourselves yummy bacon butties. Our original plan was to go to Bondi beach as thats were everyone else seemed to be going. However that all changed when we woke up and the weather was crap, really cloudy and surprisingly cold. So we decided we would just go to the botanical gardens and take our picnic and some booze. Actually ended up being okay, as we found out you couldn't drink alcohol anywhere on Bondi anyway, and it was absolutely packed aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh
aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh
. Had our Christmas dinner which was a garlic chicken and bacon salad, potatoe salad, pringles, chocolate, sweets, and drank almost a whole bottle of Southern Comfort between us. Just spent the day relaxing and met our roommates Vikki and Anna in the afternoon. Ant got a big chuffty on because when we were sat having our lunch a cockatoo came next too us then sat on his arm eating our bread, was really cool but scary because they are a lot bigger than you think and have a massive beak and claws. Then we stumbled back to our hostel, got KFC, watched Christmas with the Simpson's and spent 3hrs on the phone to family. All in all had a good day, but we must say no one does Christmas dinner like our mothers.

Boxing Day we had yet another lyin, then went and sunbathed in the botanical gardens as bleady typical the sun decided to come out today. Then in the evening we went to watch the Golden Compass, which was fab.
