We left Queenstown at 7am on the 3rd November and headed for Christchurch. We were very sad to leave Queenstown as it was our favourite place in New Zealand, we had sssssssssoooooooooo much fun there, but we were also excited because soon we would be off to OZ. The coach ride was 9hrs altogether, but it actually went quite fast as we just read books, listened to music and dozed most of the way. Christchurch we pretty much like any other city, and you would really only need a couple of days there, however we ended up being there for ten days. At first we thought what the hell are we going to do here for all that time, but in the end it worked out ok as we met some cool people and just took the chance to relax. (And spend less money lol). We spent most of our days relaxing in the Botanical gardens, which were really beautiful. We also did some canoeing there. You could rent them for an hour and just mess around on the Avon river which flows through the gardens which was really fun. We also went in Christchurch cathedral, and did some exploring in the city center, went to a fudge shop. (Devonshire fudge still kicks ass!) Ant also did some street performing, got pulled up by these two really funny guys who made him dance around like a girl, which he found a little too easy.
Altogether we have really enjoyed every part of New Zealand. It is a really beautiful country, with endless amounts of activities and sights to see. Our two months here went unbelievable fast, and we will definitely be coming back in the future.
