... is about all you can say. Jeffrey's Bay is apparently a surfing Mecca, although you'd never tell from the day we were there. The surf appeared a lot more Mini-me than Dr Evil. After the previous day's passport drama in Addo, this went from an overnight stop to brunch by the beach.
Nice to see an outdoor cafe full of people during the daytime, rather than the aircon sluts of Singapore. The pancakes and waffles were perfectly adequate, but the beach was nothing special, and seemed to be totally alienated with Mcmansions and upmarket B&Bs.
Jeffrey's Bay then turned into the Hotel California - after an unplanned diversion through a horrid looking township that pushed the envelope of corolla-driving, and a backtrack through some manky industrial area, it was (eventually) back onto the N2 and on with the program.
No photos because... well, the only thing worth photographing were the colorful box houses in the township, and neither stopping nor rolling down the window seemed advisable.
