Kruger (sadly) didn't fit the itinerary, so the next best option was Addo. Rumour has it that there are Lions, Rhinos and Zebras in the park - ok, its a bit more than rumour, that's the offical guide book - but still a fine place to see elephants, buffalo, various antelopes (which you can eat at the restaurant, too), turtles, and the endangered and protected flightless dung beetle. yeah, right... if you lived in elephant shit, you'd probably head for the wheels of the nearest car, too.
