Welcome to Swaziland... your money is tasty. The Ezulwini valley is meant to be the cradle of Royal culture. Apart from a parliament house the size of a phone box, a memorial to a dead King that you can't take photos in, and a museum that take 4 minutes to see, the highlight here is (a) the scenety (b) the handicrafts market.
Credit where credit is due, the Lonely Planet says this is *the* place to stock up on african handicrafts - and it's certainly cheaper than the flea markets in Cape Town and Durban, and *most* of the stuff seems to be genuine African handicrafts and not coming out of some sweatshop in Qingdao or Hanoi. Glad I had a car, moving that stuff around Africa in a minibus would have been a major bummer.
