 After four weeks build up from The Ashes at Adelaide Oval, godson Aston's naming ceremony, many farewell drinks and a Xmas spent with my family it was time to depart Adelaide, 10 years after my last big adventure, first to brave the cold and Canada before stepping foot into Central America and my journey down to the tip of Argentina.

But first I had to get through Customs in Sydney...friendly and Customs certainly does not go together in the same sentence these days!
