Was back in Beijing for a few weeks and had to make some tough and life altering decisions. I will give the full story in my next entry, but here is my conclusion. No matter what choices I make, as long as I am happy, there is no wrong choice. No time to look back and regret what we can't change.
Reflecting on my year in Beijing I can see what a rollercoaster ride it was and how much I grew as a person. This experience truly helped shape who I am and my future character. My ideas on morality, age, love, and friendship have definitely changed. As my Mandarin ability developed so did I, but it also helps me realize that I am far from done working on both.
These last few weeks in Beijing I met up with some of my best friends as well as others who I missed. Most influential and helpful is Justin. I'm sure those of you who regularly read my travel site will hear much more about him in the future This guy has helped guide me through some of my tough times when I really needed it

As many of you knew I was getting ready for my graduate program at Hopkins, which meant leaving Beijing. The news is that I actually did start my graduate program but I'm no longer in China nor did I attend that school.
Will write more about it from the USA.
Thank you to everyone in Beijing and especially Ming-Lun for putting up with my constant text messages and letting me leave everything I own in her once clean apartment.
