From Lisa:

Okay, where is Liechtenstein??? It's TINY! Only 160 square kilometers for the whole country! And 95% of them are either hiking or alpine trekking -- these have to be the healthiest people on earth.

We got in the car leaving Switzerland and decided to spend the next night in Liechtenstein, we just had to find it first. The mountain passes were switchback after switchback, with awesome views waiting on either side. Because the roads were so treacherous, it took us a few hours to get there, but we found the small capital city of Vaduz where we spent the night. We'd planned on biking some of the trails along the river, but the weather had other ideas, so we packed up early and headed toward Austria.

From Cheryl:

You think finding Liechtenstein on a map is hard, but finding it in a car is harder if you can believe it!  One major road goes into this tiny country and we had to go through 2 passport checks to leave it!  This small country was my bright idea..  My Junior High school geography teacher, Mr. Yarnell, used to talk about this country all the time.  I actually got an email from him through classmates.com not long ago and will let him know I was able to actually find it!
