It's been a very musicy kinda day. Had lunch at Hard Rock Nashville (don't judge us, nothing else was open), visited the Country Music Museum & Hall of Fame and have just landed in Memphis, home of the blues!

Couyntry Music Museum was fine, however I can't say my appreciation of the genre is quite enough to warrant a very long audio tour of the place! The costumes were cool, and there were some badass cars once owned by stars on display, but it was mostly just lots of walking that my feet weren't loving!

The journey to Memphis was also long, as we took the smaller roads to for a scenic route! At one point we were in Hickman County (actual name) with no phone signal, not much petrol and surrounded by murder house and trucks with skulls stuck to the front: I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit scared! But it was fine, and the route was absolutely stunning so I'm glad we took the long way round (with no 'Wrong Turns'!

Found the hotel in Memphis fine - it's a bit My Name is Early - and walked into town for another huge dinner at Kooky Kanuck (as featured on Man v Food). The portions here are so ridiculous and everything is SO salty, my face feels like it's shrivelling up! Honestly, after a few comments from people just hanging around the streets whilst we were walking into town and a warning from the Hard Rock Nashville waitress, I'm mostly just scared of Memphis up to yet :(

Graceland tomorrow, and we'll see what daylight brings!
