Finally made it to Lynchburg today to go see the Jack Daniels distillery tour tomorrow - exited!! We're staying just down the road in a nice motel so we went for a stroll down to the distillery and through town tonight, and the place is amazing!

The town square looks like it's straight out of the wild wild west! I wish I could post photos from the phone on here to show you! Not sure who 'you' is but you should always writer for an audience yeah? :) Anyway, people are amazingly friendly, there is more Jack Daniels merch than you can shake a stick at (but no liquor due to Moore county being dry) and I love it...even if everywhere is closed! About to head off to find somewhere out of town open for food :)

Earlier today we visited Mammoth Cave lost river underground boat tour in Bowling Green Kentucky which was fabulously roadside attraction and had a yummy lunch at Cracker Barrel :)

Loving this. Have never felt so English!

Update: Depressingly ended up in a Chinese buffet for dinner :( However, it was an AMERICAN Chinese buffet so it also had sushi, a huge salad bar and the most desserts I've ever seen in one place! Plus some local delicacies: crawfish, crab legs, fried catfish and salt and pepper frogs legs :| couldn't bring myself to eat the former (couldn't understand how to get into the crawfish) but had the two latter. Catfish didn't really taste of much and the frogs legs were kinda like fishy chicken, and not very well seasoned on the salt and pepper front ;)

Overheard some locals speculating that we were Australian :/
