Last night we had a wonderful dinner with friends of P&MA. There was much laughter and sharing of travel stories throughout the night. We fell into bed after a great night and slept well. Today being Sunday, we had a sleep-in and headed to Bo's for brunch and then to an eagle sanctuary and a range of other places MA wanted us to see. The Virginian countryside is so beautiful - no wonder the early settlers loved the place.
We had a delicious lunch of prawns and crab overlooking the water. We have been truly blessed with the weather - blue skies and sunshine for 3 days.
H finally managed to replace the sunglasses left in our rental car ...! Tomorrow we head for DC and a range of wonderful experiences incluiding a tour of the White House and Capitol.
