Back in London town

Our flight from Prague was delayed so we were late arriving and enjoyed the peak hour traffic snarls of London! Arrived at Wendy's in Highgate, North London and had a wonderful welcome. It's so lovely to see her and catch up on years of news. As we were both tired - had a delightful dinner on her back terrace overlooking the trees and lush green gardens. Everything is SO green to my eyes and the gardens are in their spring flower time. After the great weather we've had ... today is a little overcast.
We had a great sleep and the shower is a stand up shower (a treat for Bill). The bathroom in Prague had a huge bath but a hand held shower head so he had to sit and spray water all over (him and the floor!) Wendy's shower is more to his liking ...! We have a 12 noon visit to the dentist planned for my tooth. It's been OK but a bit sensitive to heat/cold. After this we plan to walk and explore the area.

Hope the weather's improved there- here we are expecting an icy blast after a mild week and still no rain!
Your encounter with Kylie was amazing- shows how small the world is!
Enjoy UK. Have been putting Prague bits into an album today- superb tourist town for now- hope they don't spoil it!

Hi Heather and Bill,
Your time in Praque sounded exceptional. A beautiful city, meeting parents of a famous Aussie pop princess, wining and dining in lovely restaurants. It sounds fantastic.
The weather in Melbourne has been quite wonderful, blue skies, 20 degrees, crisp nights.
Hope the visit to the dentist was successful.
