We went back to Irkutsk and had an afternoon there before we had to get the train. We saw the Preobrazheniya Gospodnya Church, Volkonsky House Museum (preserved home of the Decemerists) and had a general wander around. The places we saw were interesting, but I didn't feel that we needed more time here and I was looking forward to the next stop.
