New York, Anton's Apartment
Arun, Anton's roommate, sneaks out at 6am, heading for the airport and a four day weekend in Cancun. I don't even hear him leave. I wake up when Anton hits the shower, and drag out of bed around 7am. I see him off, check emails, and then go back to bed for another two hours.
It is 1pm, and I'm having my first jolt of caffeine. I had to go downstairs to the Starbucks in the lobby level of Anton's building. Like I said, there is nothing in this apartment except some Red Bull in the refrigerator. I take a quick walk the one block to Times Square to admire the view and see what is playing nearby. The theatre across the street from Anton's building is featuring Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick - together again in Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple." They've certainly become an acting team since "The Producers."
I am sharing a ride to the airport with two of my clients. One who lives in NYC has made the arrangements, so I don't have to go out and hail a cab. A car will be here to pick me up at 2pm. So, I had best upload my latest pics and get ready. Next entry will be from Morocco!
Hugs,
Dan
