Jon found an awesome shell on the beach today but of course it was inhabited by a hermit crab.  We decided that the shell was way to big for him though so we put him in the sink with a smaller shell to see if he would move.  He didn't.

We read and napped and ate a yummy club sandwich for lunch. First off it's on whole grain bread!! Woo-hoo!!  Then it's a BLT with fried egg, pineapple, and chicken breast. So de-lish.

We met a really cool Danish couple (although they are not a couple, just friends) tonight.  Jacob and Stina (pronounced Stee-na) who have been traveling around SEAsia for 3 months.  We enjoy lots of beers and conversation together and end up lending them our snorkeling gear for their trip to Apo Island tomorrow.  It's a beautiful marine sanctuary off this tiny island that between Jon's head and my foot we unfortunately won't be visiting on this trip.  At least our snorkels and fins can go even if we can't.

Jon really wanted to go in the pool before bed so I watched him swim around and then couldn't take one more second of not being in the water and I got in too.  We kept my foot out of the water by use of this raft and it was amazing!  I think the energy of the water definitely had curing capabilities because tomorrow my foot feels good enough to start to walk on....
