Now ensconced in my room after a nostalgic ride up here from Lakeside. Took the Sunset Crater route (Wupatki) and thought about how things have chnged since last October when I rented the Harley. It felt so right to be on the Vulcan doing it again. Another sunny day, starting in the 40s and getting up to 68 or so. But kept all my layers on the bike since the ride is at elevations of 4500 to 6400 feet and it was cool enough.
The bike is running so much better.
Still no phone service...
