We had a leisurely morning...then we drove to the airport with a stop and James Mfula's home who lives about ten minutes or so from the Lusaka airport. He is so hospitable. It is so nice when all the children are around and when we can visit.
Off to the airport and our flight to Johannesburg, then countless checkpoints in Johannesburg and the LONG gruelling flight with a stop in Dakar, Senegal before arriving in Washington DC and then connecting flight to Indianapolis. So it ended successfully in every way!
Thanks for following our blog and for your interest in the work that we do.

The last day is always sad when coming all this way to Zambia and Malawi. We packed up our things. We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kambani Banda's guest room which is detached from his house. We are thankful that God has kept us safe in our adventures in all the places we visited. We are thankful for the progress and advancement of these people. Our relationship has been become very close since our first working with the Malawians since 1996 and the Zambians in 2000.
