From Auckland i ventured north first. Travelling up to Paihia, we stopped off to do some tree hugging, a random thing to do first thing in the morning, but something my bus driver suggested as a ice breaker i recon for people on the bus. Then we travelled on til we got to Paihia, There was caught a ferry to do a cruise around the Bay of Islands. It was such a pretty area. We saw the 'hole in the rock' a famous arch in one of the islands. On the return we saw a pod of doliphins. There were serveral there with some babys too. It was such a nice boat trip.
