On the saturday, i did a must do trip, the Offical Neighbours Tour. We went to see the famous street (which is actually alot smaller in real life than it looks on the show) and the Lassitor Complex, with the cafe shop and pub,etc. It was a great day out and at the end we met one of the star from the show, unfortunatly it was a newish character who id not seen much in the show as i have not watch the show properly for 2-3 years. Then the following Monday night, i went along to the Offical Neighbours Quiz Night, which was really good, there was a great atmosphere and i got to see another actor who again i didnt know every well but i did also meet Dr Karl and saw his band Waiting Room play a few cover songs. There was another night on wednesday where Stingray, Irish Conner and Paul Robinson sang a few covers with Waiting Room playing again but this time some of there own songs, where were actually fairly good. Unfortuantely the room was half empty on the wedsnesday night so the atmosphere was fairly flat but it was still a good night out.
During my stay in Melbourne i did a day trip to Philip Island, we toured most of the island and saw some pretty coast line. in the evening we went to the famous Pengiun Parade and watched Little Pengiuns woddle from the sea across the beach up to there burrows in the hill side.
