We ended up paying the toll and going over the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Got to say it was a great way to enter Sydney!
Mmm, never thought I would say it was great to enter Sydney, or any bloke for that matter!!
We checked into Parkridge Apartments which were on the edge of Hyde Park - yes they have one here too but it's not as big as London's.
It's a great location, close to everything. There's loads of space as well, compared to the campervan!
We then took the van back. We're gonna miss our little mobile home. It's been great fun and definitely the best way to travel down from Cairns. We've had some fantastic times.
We then unpacked in the apartment and put our Christmas decorations up. There's not many but it adds a little Christmas touch to our room. We need somewhere for Santa to drop off all our presents!! Only 2 sleeps to go!!
We went for a walk round the local area and then headed to Domino's for Cheap Tuesday. Unbelievably we met Lauren in there who's from Canada. She was on the Stray bus with us in New Zealand and did the Canyon Swing with me in Queensland. So funny bumping into each other in a blummin' Domino's!
We had a quick catch up and will probably meet up for a drink over Christmas.
It was then back to the apartment to crash in front of the TV for the evening - grand!
