When we got to Dalat we had a nice meal at a Vietnamese restaurant and then hit a Vietnamese nightclub. Now I have concerns about nightclubs in Mansfield, but this one in Dalat is just stupid! They play techno rave music....but dance the waltz and the salsa!! What's going on? Then they started doing the Okey Cokey to some hardcore trance sounds!!!
It was just too much for Me, Chris & Adam to handle, so we invaded the floor and started throwing out some shapes Uk style! It scared the locals a bit at first, but they soon joined in with us. Actually, as a side note, there are now 11 of us in our group, 6 Aussies, 1 Kiwi and 4 Brits. Guess which four were the last to leave the nightclub??
When we did finally leave we found a little streetside bar where we perched for a couple of hours into the early morning. We had beer but also bought a bottle of Rice Wine for less than 1 Pound!! It was a really good night in all.
