Its been a really tough day today, walking, swimming, eating, reading, so there is little energy for a long blog entry today.

So in compensation we have just added a good few pictures of our  4 hour trek along the Rumi Wilco trail. It was supposed to be an easy trail along the jungle with lots of different plants (sort of a botanical garden in the wild). But with the rains a few days ago it seems large portions of the trek have disappeared so there was a lot of mountain climbing and falling in the mud!

We need a siesta now....
